We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Secret Garden Massage has a 50% cancellation fee if outside of 24 hours of the appointment time, but if a cancellation is made within the 24 hours of the appointment time then the cancellation fee is 100%. If you are a no call/no show the fee is 100%. This fee may be avoided by rescheduling your appointment rather than cancelling.  If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Secret Garden Massage at 302-357-2244 or Samantha@TheSecretGardenMassage.com as soon as possible to reschedule so that we may fill your slot with someone from our waitlist.   

Please note that all online gift card purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to redeem your gift card within this period to enjoy its full value.
