The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massages you can get.  It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health.  This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping, and rolling.  Massage oil or lotion is used to protect the skin from friction. 

Deep tissue massages involve applying sustained pressure using slow and deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. 

A type of massage that relaxes you and your muscles as I apply warm lava stones during the massage.  

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses a combination of massage techniques, nut oils, and sometimes elements of prayer, breathing, and dance to restore energy and soothe the body.  It is also known as the "loving hands" massage that mimics the waves of the ocean as Hawaiian music plays. 

A massage for expecting mothers to help relax and ease the tension in the mother's body from carrying a baby.  It helps improve the circulation and mobility of the mother while helping to relax the baby and they feel what the mother feels as well.

Ashiatsu is an ancient form of massage that originated in Asia.  What makes it unique is that it's performed with the massage therapist's barefoot feet.  The therapist uses support props, including overhead bars and elevated stool, which allow them to apply deep, long, and broad compression strokes to your massage. 

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using a suction cup that helps break up the adhesions and stuck muscles. 

A technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet and hands.  It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process.  Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. 

I scrub your feet with an exfoliating sugar scrub to get rid of dry skin, apply a hot towel to remove the sugar and dead skin, then I apply a butter cream to soften and smooth your feet. 

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing.  They are inhaled during the massage to help relax the mind and take stress away.
